You know us already. Emily, Ross, and joining us our head coach Emily A. The faces behind Strong AF. The ones who've been in your corner since the first call, the first check-in, the first message that said "I think I'm finally getting it." We live here. In Thailand. The country that became home when I walked away from competing and built Strong AF from this part of the world. Now we're opening the doors. Twelve days. Just our clients. The women we've coached through screens, sat around one big table, on the boats, in the gym, at the beach, in the sunset. This is our home. We can't wait to show you around.

How I Got Here
“This trip has been building for a long time. For years we've watched you do the work from your kitchen at 5am and hotel gyms between meetings. But there's a version of the coaching that only happens in person: the full room, the shared meals, the morning sessions. You've earned this one. ”

What To Expect

This is for you. The mums. The wives. The women running businesses, managing teams, holding the diary for everyone in the house. The ones who've spent years giving everything to everyone and squeezing yourself in around the edges. Twelve days. No school run. No work calls. No nobody-else-fed-the- dog. Just you, in Thailand, with the women who already know your story. We've built it so you don't have to think about a single thing. Wake up to outdoor training in a park in Bangkok. Eat a long lunch by the water and not check the calories. Stay in floating bungalows in the jungle where the only thing on the schedule is swim, kayak, breathe. Spend an afternoon with elephants who are actually cared for. Train on the sand in Koh Phangan. Spa day. Yoga at sunset. Muay Thai before breakfast. Island hopping through Phang Nga Bay. Drinks on a rooftop in Bangkok. A final dinner where nobody wants to go home. The fitness is in there. Of course it is. We're Strong AF. But the training is one piece of the trip. The rest is for you. For most of you this will be the one time this year, maybe in years, where you've been the priority. Not the planner. Not the one packing other people's bags. Not the one half- checking emails on the plane.

FAQs

Before You Ask

You should fly into Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK) in Bangkok, Thailand. This is the main international airport in Thailand. Our team will pick you up at the airport and take you across to the hotel. Your trip ends in Phuket and the nearest airport here is Phuket International Airport (HKT). Transport to the airport at the end of the trip is at your own cost, though our team can help you book it on the ground.

Airport transfers are included in your package. Once you provide us with your flight details, our team will arrange for a driver to meet you at the airport and bring you directly to the accommodation. Return transfer to the airport for your return flight is not included but our team on the ground can help you organise this.

We recommend arriving at the airport by early afternoon on the start date to allow time for transfers and check-in. If you arrive earlier or later, we'll still accommodate you, but early afternoon ensures you don't miss the welcome activities.

Many nationalities can enter visa-free for short stays. Requirements change. Please check official guidance for your passport and travel dates.

We recommend bringing lightweight activewear for workouts, swimwear, comfortable casual clothes for downtime, and a good pair of trainers. Don't forget essentials like sunscreen, insect repellent, and any personal toiletries you prefer.

Towels and basic toiletries are provided at the accommodation. Laundry service is available at an additional cost if needed during your stay.

Most places in Thailand accept credit and debit cards, but it's useful to carry some Thai Baht (THB) for small purchases, local shops, and tips. ATMs are widely available.

Yes, we strongly recommend having valid travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost or delayed luggage. This ensures peace of mind throughout your stay and protects you in the event of any unexpected circumstances.

Your insurance should include medical care and emergency evacuation, trip cancellation or interruption, lost/stolen/delayed baggage, and coverage for fitness or adventure activities where applicable.

If your flight is delayed or cancelled, notify us promptly so we can assist with updated transfer timing or alternative arrival plans. Your airline is responsible for helping you reach Thailand (often by rebooking or refunding) and must provide meals, refreshment vouchers, and hotel accommodation if delays extend overnight, depending on their policies and jurisdiction. Keep all documentation, boarding passes, receipts, and delay notifications, to file a travel insurance claim. If your airline does not provide what you need, a comprehensive travel insurance policy can help reimburse you for costs including trip interruptions, accommodation, meals, and missed bookings. NOTE: the live site carries a copy-paste bug here referencing "reach Bali" fixed to "reach Thailand" in this rebuild.

EG
