This policy explains how Breathe Sweat Love collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit breathesweatlove.com, contact us, sign up for updates or book a trip with us.
1. Who we are
Breathe Sweat Love is the trading name of Collective Travel Solutions FZE, the data controller responsible for your personal data.

We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, we also apply the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR to your data.
2. The data we collect
When you contact us or ask about a trip: your name, email address, phone number, the trip you're interested in and your message. This includes messages you send us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
When you join a mailing list or a pre-launch list: your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle if you give it, which list you joined, and a record of what you agreed to and when.
When you book a trip: your name, contact details, date of birth, nationality and passport details, emergency contact, room preferences, travel arrangements and payment history. Payments are taken by our booking partner WeTravel; we never see or store your full card number.
Health and dietary information: medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, fitness level or other needs you tell us about so we can keep you safe and look after you on the trip. We only ask for what we need, and we treat it as sensitive information.
Photos and video: images taken on our trips, which may include you (see section 6).
When you browse our website: pages visited, how you arrived, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address. Analytics and marketing cookies only run if you accept them (see section 9).
If you apply to host a trip: your name, contact details, social media handles, audience information, the answers you give and any photos you upload. We use these to assess your application and, if you host with us, to build your trip page.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Our trips are for adults only.
3. Why we use your data, and our legal basis

4. Who we share your data with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only where needed:
- Trip hosts, guides and instructors, to run your trip and look after you.
- Hotels, transport companies and local activity operators, for the services in your booking.
- WeTravel, our booking and payment platform. WeTravel processes your payment as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
- Our service providers, who process data on our instructions: Google (email, the spreadsheets that receive website enquiries, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram messaging).
- Insurers, where you or we make a claim.
- Emergency services, medical providers and authorities, where the law requires it or to protect someone's life or safety.
5. International transfers
Your data may be stored or processed outside the country you live in, including in the United States and in the countries where our trips take place. When we transfer data abroad, we use providers and contracts that protect it, including standard contractual clauses where the law requires them.
6. Photos and video
We photograph and film our trips and may use the results on our website and social media. If you'd rather not appear, tell us in writing before your trip or tell your host on the trip. You can also ask us at any time to stop using an image of you in future posts, and we'll do so.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as we need it, then delete it or make it anonymous.

If there is a dispute, complaint or legal claim, we may keep the relevant records until it is resolved.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your data
- ask us to restrict or stop using your data, or object to how we use it
- receive your data in a format you can pass to someone else
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before
- unsubscribe from marketing at any time, using the link in any email or by telling us
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
To use any of these rights, email feelgood@breathesweatlove.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we'll reply within 30 days. Some data, such as financial records, has to be kept by law even if you ask us to delete it.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office, or, if you live in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or in the EU, your local data protection authority.
9. Cookies
We use:
- Essential cookies, which the website needs to work. These are always on.
- Analytics cookies, which show us how people use the site.
- Marketing cookies, which measure our advertising.
Analytics and marketing cookies stay switched off until you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
10. Keeping your data safe
We protect your data with access controls, encrypted connections and reputable service providers, and we limit who can see sensitive information such as health and passport details. If a breach puts your data at risk, we will notify the relevant authority and, where required, you.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the law, our services or our providers change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we'll tell you by email where we can.
