Pick your datesBefore you ask
Fly into Phuket International Airport (HKT). It's where the trip starts and ends, so you fly home from there too. Our team picks you up at the airport on day 1 and drops you back on day 12.
Airport transfers are included in your package. Once you provide us with your flight details, our team will arrange for a driver to meet you at the airport and bring you directly to the accommodation. Return transfer to the airport for your return flight are not included but our team on the ground can help you to organise these.
We recommend arriving at the airport by early afternoon on the start date to allow time for transfers and check-in. If you arrive earlier or later, we’ll still accommodate you, but early afternoon ensures you don’t miss the welcome activities.
Many nationalities can enter visa free for short stays. Requirements change. Please check official guidance for your passport and travel dates.
We recommend bringing lightweight activewear for workouts, swimwear, comfortable casual clothes for downtime, and a good pair of trainers. Don’t forget essentials like sunscreen, insect repellent, and any personal toiletries you prefer.
Towels and basic toiletries are provided at the accommodation. Laundry service is available at an additional cost if needed during your stay.
Most places in Thailand accept credit and debit cards, but it’s useful to carry some Thai Baht (THB) for small purchases, local shops, and tips. ATMs are widely available.
Yes, we strongly recommend having valid travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost or delayed luggage. This ensures peace of mind throughout your stay and protects you in the event of any unexpected circumstances.
Your insurance should include: Medical care and emergency evacuation Trip cancellation or interruption Lost, stolen, or delayed baggage Coverage for fitness or adventure activities (if applicable)
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, here’s how we recommend handling it: Notify us promptly, we can assist with updated transfer timing or alternative arrival plans. Your airline is responsible for helping you reach Thailand (often by rebooking or refund) and must provide meals, refreshment vouchers, and hotel accommodation if delays extend overnight (depending on their policies and jurisdiction) Keep all documentation, boarding passes, receipts, and delay notifications, to file a travel insurance claim for compensation, rebooking fees, or extra accommodation and meals. If your airline does not provide what you need, a comprehensive travel insurance policy can help reimburse you for costs including trip interruptions, accommodation, meals, and missed bookings
Locked In trips are built for 18 to 20-somethings. You need to be 18 or over to join, and there's no upper age limit, so if the vibe sounds like you, you're in.
Yes. You'll stay in a mix of social hostels and twin-share rooms, with a luxury retreat to finish. Rooms are shared, so it's easy to get to know the crew.
A majority of our travellers come solo! It is an amazing environment for making likeminded friends and doing amazing activities! We also do get couples and friend groups come too which also love being part of a bigger social group.
Yes! That's what makes a BreatheSweatLove trip so great! We put a massive priority in creating bonding moments and opportunities to ensure that everyone has chances to come together and spend time with each other, even outside of the activities.
Groups are capped at 16 travellers, big enough for a proper crew and small enough that everyone knows everyone by day two.
There'll be plenty of moments worth capturing, and the group chat is where everyone shares their photos and videos. Bring your phone, you'll use it.
You can pay in full, or secure your spot with a £99 deposit and spread the rest in interest-free monthly payments. All trips must be paid off at least 30 days before the scheduled start date of the trip.
Cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellation charges are as outlined below: More than 90 days before departure: loss of deposit 61–90 days: 50% of total cost 31–60 days: 75% of total cost 30 days or less: 100% of total cost
If you miss a payment on your installment plan, we’ll contact you right away to help you get back on track. Your booking will remain active, but your spot is only guaranteed if payments are up to date. If a payment is missed and not resolved within a set timeframe (usually 7 days), your plan may be adjusted to catch up or your booking could be released. We’re here to work with you, so if you anticipate any issues, please reach out in advance and we can offer flexible solutions.
The price you see is the price you pay for everything on the itinerary. All accommodation, activities, transfers and dedicated tour leader who will be there to help you with everything you may need. There are no hidden fees or costs within the itinerary but we also recommend that you have a suitable about of spending money for things outside of this that you may want to do.
We provide secure and reliable transportation for all transfers and activities, using vetted providers.
We arrange for our guests to stay in safe and reputable hotels or accommodations that meet our standards for security and comfort.
The experienced Tour Guide, who accompanies the group throughout the entire trip, is responsible for the safety and security of all participants. They are highly trained to manage various situations, provide guidance, and proactively address any potential issues. They are on hand to manage and deal with issues as they happen.
Each guest is vetted before travel. This process includes reviewing their provided information and ensuring they understand the nature of the trip. Each guest must sign a code of conduct form before being accepted on to the trip, outlining expected behavior and respect for fellow travelers.
