Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in Bangkok & Welcome Dinner

Welcome to Bangkok, Thailand’s vibrant capital! Once you arrive and check in, take time to relax and prepare for the exciting journey ahead. In the evening, we’ll gather for a Welcome Dinner, the perfect opportunity to enjoy delicious Thai cuisine and get to know your fellow travelers. After dinner, join us at a rooftop bar for a chance to take in Bangkok’s dazzling night views (drinks at your own cost).

Day 2
Morning Park Workout & Bangkok City Tour

Kickstart your day with a morning run and a group workout in Lumpini Park. The lush surroundings are perfect for a session of stretching, strength exercises, and energizing movement alongside locals—be sure to spot the unique monitor lizards that call the park home!
After breakfast, we’ll head out to explore Bangkok’s rich culture. Highlights include the stunning Marble Temple and Golden Mount Temple, where panoramic views await. We’ll then cross the Chao Phraya River to Wang Lang Market for some local street food and shopping. By evening, we’ll board the night train to Chiang Mai, ready for our next adventure.

Day 3
Arrival in Chiang Mai & Elephant Sanctuary Experience

Arriving in Chiang Mai, we’ll transfer to our accommodation and settle in. Later, join us for an unforgettable afternoon at the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary. Learn about Thailand’s gentle giants, feed and bathe them, and even enjoy a mud spa. This ethical experience offers an up-close connection with the elephants in a natural environment. Afterward, we’ll return to our accommodation to relax and reflect on the day’s magic.

Day 4
Wellness Day – Meditation, Ice Bath & Saltwater Pool

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast, then head out for a day of wellness and recovery. Start with guided meditation and breathwork, followed by an invigorating ice bath and a rejuvenating herbal steam. Complete your day at the saltwater pool, ideal for unwinding and boosting your skin’s health. This combination of mental and physical wellness will leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.

Day 5
Retreat at Suan Sati

Today, we’ll transfer to Suan Sati for an immersive wellness retreat experience. After arrival, enjoy an introductory property tour and settle into the serene surroundings. Join us for an afternoon yoga and meditation session, followed by a delicious plant-based dinner and an opening ceremony in the evening, where you’ll connect with fellow retreat members.

Day 6 & 7
Retreat Activities at Suan Sati

Spend the next two days diving deeper into the retreat. Begin each day with sunrise yoga and meditation, then savor a wholesome breakfast. Engage in activities like Thai cooking classes, journaling, and holistic workshops. Afternoons are reserved for relaxation or light activities, and each evening wraps up with a group meditation or evening event. This retreat offers the perfect balance of self-reflection and connection with others.

Day 8
Journey to Khao Sok
After morning yoga and breakfast, we’ll transfer to Khao Sok National Park. Known for its rich biodiversity and scenic beauty, Khao Sok will be your nature escape. Once settled at our accommodation, unwind, explore the surroundings, or prepare for tomorrow’s lake adventure.

Day 9
Cheow Lan Lake – Floating Bungalow Stay
Today, we embark on a magical journey across Cheow Lan Lake. Cruise by traditional long-tail boat through this emerald lake surrounded by towering limestone cliffs. We’ll stop to swim, kayak, and soak in the serene beauty of this protected area. Lunch is served at your floating bungalow, where you can relax, swim, and savour the unique experience of staying on the lake.

Day 10
Transfer to Railay Bay
After a final breakfast at the lake, we’ll transfer to the pristine Railay Bay. This secluded spot, surrounded by lush cliffs and only accessible by boat, is paradise for beach lovers and adventure seekers. Take the afternoon to relax, explore, or soak up the incredible scenery.

Day 11
Island Hopping
Prepare for a day of island hopping around Railay Bay! We’ll explore beautiful nearby islands, where you can swim, snorkel, or simply lounge on the sand. The day will be filled with vibrant marine life, crystal-clear waters, and breathtaking views, making it a highlight of your Thai adventure.

Day 12
Free Day in Railay Bay – Optional Rock Climbing or Day Trip
Today is yours to enjoy Railay Bay your way!
Optional Rock Climbing: Climb Railay’s famous limestone cliffs with expert instructors, suitable for all levels.
Optional Day Trip: Visit the Tiger Cave Temple and take in panoramic views from its peak, then relax in natural hot springs or cool off in the Blue Lagoon.
Choose your adventure, or simply spend the day relaxing on Railay’s beautiful beaches.

Day 13
Transfer to Phuket, Muay Thai Class & Farewell Dinner
Today, we travel to Phuket. Upon arrival, get ready for an exciting Muay Thai class led by professional instructors. This hands-on session is a fantastic way to try out Thailand’s national martial art, regardless of experience level.
In the evening, we’ll gather for a Farewell Dinner, celebrating new friendships and unforgettable memories with your travel group. Enjoy one last meal together as you toast to the experiences shared on this journey.

Day 14
Departure
As our adventure comes to a close, take time to reflect on the incredible experiences you’ve had. Departure transfers are not included, but we’ll be happy to assist with any arrangements you may need. Safe travels, and we look forward to seeing you on your next adventure with Breathe Sweat Love!
