Day 1

Arrival in Ubud

Your adventure begins as you arrive in Bali and transfer to the enchanting town of Ubud. Known for its lush rice terraces and vibrant arts scene, Ubud is the ideal starting point for your journey. After checking into your hotel, take a moment to unwind and soak in the serene atmosphere, preparing for the exciting days ahead.

Day 2

Morning Yoga & Ubud Tour

Start your day with a refreshing morning yoga session amidst Ubud’s natural beauty, allowing the tranquil environment to awaken your senses. Afterward, embark on a fascinating tour of Ubud’s highlights. First, visit the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, where you can meet the playful macaques that call this lush haven home.

 

Next, marvel at the iconic Tegallalang Rice Terraces, renowned for their stunning tiered landscapes that showcase Bali’s agricultural heritage. Afterward, return to your hotel and enjoy a free afternoon to explore Ubud at your own pace.

Day 4

Batur Sunrise Trekking & Spa Bliss

For the early risers, an unforgettable experience awaits as you embark on a guided trek to Mount Batur. Witness the breathtaking sunrise from the summit, a sight that will leave you in awe of Bali’s natural beauty.  Island Transfer to Gili Trawangan

After a rejuvenating stay, check out of your hotel and enjoy a scenic transfer to the stunning Gili Trawangan. Embrace the island charm as you arrive at your hotel, cycling through the picturesque scenery that characterizes this tropical paradise.

Day 8

Gili Snorkeling Tour

Return to Bali

Departure

My growth story

Three years ago, I was stuck in an unhealthy cycle—late nights, junk food, no exercise, and a reliance on alcohol and nicotine. I avoided movement and let bad habits take over. But I made a choice to change.

Now, I train 5–6 days a week, embracing everything from lifting and calisthenics to bouldering, running, and hiking. I fuel my body with whole foods, rarely drink, and have never felt better. My goal? To inspire others to do the same—to not just exist but to truly live. A strong, healthy life is within reach, and I’m here to show you how.

More than just workouts

Fear has shaped much of my life, fear of doing things alone, trying something new, and going against expectations. But I’m done letting fear hold me back. This trip is my way of stepping outside my comfort zone and choosing what I want to do.

It’s more than just a getaway, it’s an experience. We’ll connect, push past our limits, and encourage each other to do things we never thought possible. We’ll laugh until our abs hurt, create unforgettable memories, and build a space where everyone feels welcomed and valued. This isn’t just a trip—it’s a journey worth living.
